The desk
Why is the hit rate so high?
Because the desk is selective. We do not publish a pick for every match on the calendar. A fixture is assessed on form, scoring rates and match context, and it only goes out when probability and confidence are strong. That standard is why the percentages stay high. It is not a claim that every match will land, and losses stay on the public record.
How does the desk actually work?
Each day the desk reads upcoming fixtures in the leagues we cover. For every candidate we look at recent form, home and away scoring, and the shape of the match. We then assign a recommended pick, a probability and a confidence level. Only selections that clear the desk rules are published — free tips openly, VIP tickets locked until payment is confirmed.
Which leagues do you cover?
The major European leagues and other high-data competitions the desk can analyse with a clear statistical picture: Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Champions League and selected others. We skip thin data and low-confidence spots rather than force a pick.
Is this an AI prediction site?
No. 1x2 expert is positioned as a football expert desk: match analysis and expert tips. Models can support the reading of a fixture; the published pick is still a desk selection with a confidence level you can see. We do not market “AI predictions” or guaranteed outcomes.
Free tips and VIP
What is the difference between Free and VIP?
Free tips are published in the open — match, kick-off, pick and confidence. VIP tickets stay sealed on the public desk (date only). After payment is confirmed, the pick is emailed to your account — it is not opened for other visitors.
What do I actually receive when I buy VIP?
An email with the fixture, expert pick, confidence and short desk note. You can also reopen it under Account → VIP picks. Email is the primary delivery once the order is PAID.
Can I see old VIP picks without paying?
No. VIP stays sealed on the public desk even after settlement — details go only to the buyer by email.
Payments
How can I pay?
Card (Visa / Mastercard via Stripe) unlocks instantly when the payment is confirmed. Crypto — Bitcoin, USDT on TRC20 and Ethereum — emails you a QR code and wallet address as soon as checkout starts. After you send the transfer, submit the last 4 characters of the sending wallet or the transaction hash so the desk can match it.
When is a crypto order unlocked?
VIP stays sealed on the public desk. When the desk confirms payment (or instantly in demo mode), the pick is emailed to your account address. Sign in to Account → VIP picks if you need it again, or write to us with your order ID.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital VIP access is delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. If a pick is voided (postponed or cancelled fixture), that selection is excluded from win rate and we handle the order according to the Terms. Contact us with the public order ID if something went wrong with checkout or delivery.
The public record
How is win rate calculated?
Win rate uses settled WIN and LOSS free tips and entitled VIP results. Public VIP tickets stay sealed (date only) so picks are not revealed without payment. Voids are excluded from the percentage. We do not edit history after the fact.
Do losses stay visible?
Free tips stay on the board with their result. VIP picks are delivered by email after payment — they are not posted open on the public desk, win or lose.
Account and data
Do I need an account?
You can read free tips and the public record without one. An account is required to buy VIP, see your purchases and export or delete your data. Create it at Register — you can be sent straight to checkout afterwards.
How do I export or delete my data?
Sign in → Account → Profile. Export downloads a copy of the personal data we hold. Delete permanently removes the account after confirmation. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Is 1x2 expert a bookmaker?
No. We publish expert match analysis. We do not take bets, set odds as a book, or hold a gambling wallet. If you choose to stake elsewhere, that decision and any loss are yours. Read Responsible Betting before you stake.
